Shipping Policy

PrimeDrive Motors provides vehicle sourcing and export shipping support from China to international buyers.

1. Shipping Methods

Vehicles may be shipped by international sea freight or other available transportation methods depending on the destination country, destination port, vehicle type and buyer requirements.

Available shipping arrangements may include Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off), container shipping or other suitable methods, subject to route and carrier availability.

2. Shipping Terms

Vehicle quotations may be provided under EXW, FOB, CIF or other mutually agreed trade terms.

The applicable price term, shipping arrangement and included costs will be clearly stated in the quotation or sales agreement provided to the buyer.

Buyers should review the quotation carefully before making payment.

3. Shipping Quotations

International freight costs are not automatically included in the vehicle price unless specifically stated.

For a shipping quotation, buyers should provide:

- Destination country
- Destination port
- Vehicle or Stock ID
- Quantity
- Preferred shipping or price term, if known

Freight rates may change due to shipping line rates, fuel costs, route availability, port charges and other factors outside our control.

A shipping quotation is subject to confirmation before the order is finalized.

4. Shipping Schedule

Estimated shipping schedules depend on vehicle readiness, export procedures, vessel availability, shipping routes, port operations and other logistics conditions.

Any estimated departure, transit or arrival date is provided for reference and is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delays may occur due to shipping line schedule changes, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, inspections or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Export Documentation

Depending on the transaction and agreed shipping terms, PrimeDrive Motors may assist with the export procedures and documentation required for shipment from China.

The specific documents provided will depend on the vehicle, destination, shipping method and applicable export requirements.

6. Destination Customs Clearance

Unless specifically included in the agreed quotation or sales agreement, the buyer is responsible for:

- Import customs clearance at the destination
- Import duties and taxes
- Destination port charges
- Registration and licensing fees
- Local inspection or certification requirements
- Storage, demurrage or other destination charges
- Compliance with local vehicle import regulations

Buyers are responsible for confirming that the vehicle can legally be imported, registered and used in their destination country before completing the purchase.

7. Vehicle Inspection Before Shipment

Buyers may request available vehicle photos, videos and condition information before confirming the purchase.

Where practical, buyers or their appointed representatives may also arrange an inspection in China before shipment.

Once the vehicle has been confirmed and shipped, claims relating to conditions that were disclosed, accepted or reasonably visible during the pre-shipment inspection process may not be treated as shipping damage.

8. Shipping Damage

If visible damage occurs during international transportation, the buyer should document the condition of the vehicle with photos or videos as soon as the vehicle is received and notify the relevant shipping carrier, insurance provider and PrimeDrive Motors promptly.

Responsibility for transportation risk and any insurance claim will depend on the agreed trade term, shipping arrangement and insurance coverage applicable to the transaction.

9. Cargo Insurance

Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless specifically stated in the quotation or sales agreement.

Where insurance is required, buyers should confirm the insurance arrangement and coverage before shipment.

10. Changes and Additional Costs

If the buyer requests changes to the destination, shipping method, consignee information or other shipping instructions after arrangements have been made, additional costs may apply.

Any additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer may also be charged to the buyer.
